You and your team have out done yourselves! The amount of food and variety that was delivered was incredible. Definitely had the wow factor here at Mercedes! Several people asked me who catered and the food was all anyone could talk about so I expect you will be hearing from us a lot more! Thank-you SO much for your tight turn around, the fruit platters and the extra lunch for myself. It was all delicious, excellent quality food and you should feel very proud for the service you provide…. You will be hearing from me again for catering that is for sure! Sophie I took your "sample box" around to some members of staff. So many of them were very interested in where the food came from – I wish you could have been here to hear the compliments & feedback – you would have been thrilled. Some other staff members said they go to Elements regularly on a Friday and just LOVE it. The food is amazing, the variety and quality awesome. Sophie, don't ever stop what you are doing – you are truly an inspirational person with so much vision, yet so warm, kind and sincere. Thank you so much for the efforts taken by all the staff of Elements at our recent reception.  It was a pleasure working with you all.  Having organised a number of these events, your company have some very good processes and people.  In addition I’d like to mention we were impressed by the menu.  It is a nice touch to meet a chef who is so keen to explain the menu and to look after the organisers!
