Our cocktail package is available in-house and features a selection of food as well as drinks, This package included the use of our 260 seat cafe, we are happy to assist you planning the decorations as well as organising your dancefloor if required. We can arrange for party packages ranging from 2 – 5 hours duration, pricing available upon application. Beverage Packages: (included in the cocktail package) A selection of Sparkling, white and red wines, Heavy and light beer, Orange juice, mineral water and soft drinks. Glasses, drinking tumblers & Ice bins are included. Ask our friendly staff for help putting together a package that meets your requirements and budget. We can customise for any event and can even do themed events.

Elements Nexus in House Rules for 18^th & 21^st Parties

It is a requirement of all 18th and 21st functions that ID is required upon entry. Anu underage guests must be accompanied by a legal guardian. All guests with approved ID will recieve a wrist band for drinks. The wrist bands will be given out free by the door staff. To hold an 18th or 21st you must state on your invitations that ID is required upon entry. No leaving the party, as there is no-rentry. We can’t have guests going backwards and forwards, especially as the most common reason is to consume alcohol. If we discover drug use we will close the party without fail. Verbal or physical abuse or damage to the property is not acceptable under any circumstances. Additional charges for the function is the cost of the door staff. A refundable deposit for damages and sickness. We at Elements are really sorry, but experience shows the above conditions are needed. If there are no problems, full refund of your deposit is given at the end of the party, but we will deduct $25 every time our staff have clear up any sick, so treat the place nicely please. WE REALLY DO WELCOME NICE PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN AND HAVE A GREAT PARTY. PLEASE DO NOT BE PUT OFF BY THESE RULES.
