Thank you for running such a terrific event for us last night. Sophie in particular was absolutely wonderful and ensured that the whole thing ran without a hitch. I was really impressed with all of the staff who were fantastic, on the ball, and extremely helpful. The food was perfect. It's rare that dinner is as good as the tasting and you guys were spot-on.
